Q02H USB DRIVER

Hello dear Mr / Mrs

I have an Q02H CPU. i want connect it via USB Port.when i want install its Driver from C:\MELSEC\Easysocket\USBDrivers a problem appear.

PC find its driver but cant install it.as shown as bellow.do you have any alternate ?

That's the place it should be. If it's not installing, perhaps files are missing? Reinstall your software?

I have had this issue before- are you installing on 64bit OS?

I have 2 different copies of the MELSEC USB driver and sometimes I have to switch between them when installing in different VMs.

Sometimes I have also had to go through the ‘have disk’ option and install that way.
