Posted 10 Apr 2018 (edited) Hi There i need your help here pls i have one c200hw-mc402-e and i try to connect with a cs1g-cpu44h i cant realise how connect this 2 . can you please write one simple program to connect the cpu and this card becouse i try to connect with motion perfect and i cant connect the card have 2 Flashing liths the run and disable. this is the error One of the following errors occurred in the configuration of MC Unit and CPU Unit: Illegal unit number Unit number duplication Cyclic initial error Unit number setting error the unit is 0 and for the Operation Manua i cant realise how to comunicate with the card can someone plz help Edited 10 Apr 2018 by noias2000 Edit cpu model Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted 10 Apr 2018 Welcome to the forum. You will need to use CX-Motion to program the MC402. Motion Perfect I believe is for the Trajexia motion controller. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted 11 Apr 2018 Unit number duplication means you have another card (which maybe different than MC402) that uses same Unit Number as your MC402. In this case check whether other card is set to Unit No 0 as well. Sometimes a card may take 2 unit no. space. I don't remember how much MC402 takes, but maybe it uses 2, so you cannot have other cards set to Unit No 0 and 1. Check your IO Table in CX-Programmer first to confirm the unit addressing.
