Posted 4 Apr 2018 I haven't used Experion before, nor do I have a licence or access to a download of the application. As such I want to know how limited an unlicensed version of the product is. Is it like Citect where you may develop graphics but need a license for runtime, or is it like FTView where you need a license just to open the application? Thanks in advance
Posted 17 Sep 2018 From experience 15 years ago with a SCADA version (Plantscape) of the DCS software, I feel fairly confident asserting that without a valid license code, Experion DCS software has no trial period at all therefore zero functionality; meaning that limitations are total. I’m fairly confident that the software will not even install without a valid license code.
