Digital Counter display with PLC

Hi,

I am using Mistubishi Fx1N. I want to attach a Digital counter with It. Please suggest me that which type of device should I use to count and display it the signal received each time from PLC.

details?

generally counter can be driven by PLC output.

but the output should be transistor type to avoid miscounting due relay contact bounce.

if you plan to use counter as analog value display, one could use high speed output (Pulse Train Output) and reset signal.

I want to use a Digital Value display and you are right here that we can get a countrer from plc output.

You said we should use transistore to avoid miscounting, can you please explain it for me and plz suggest me a digital display value device I can use. Please guide me in detail as I am very new with PLC.
