how to setting CJ1W-NC-213

Hi every body,

I'm new in PLC world, please give me advice. I will set up Panasonic minas a6 servo with CJ1W-NC-213, installed on CJ1M-CPU21.

I try to test using cx-position, but no moving at all, i check out pulse train from nc unit, there is no voltage.

I using bilt-in output, using sped and puls instruction, Everityng goes well.

Please give me advice what i'v be missing on setting
