GXWorks2 - Cross Ref Auto Track greyed out

I opened up a GXWorks2 program designed by a customer and the cross reference auto tracking function is greyed out. Anyone have an idea why this might be?

Also, there is one device comment that shows up in a pink font. Does this signify that it is used in multiple programs?

you project is probably in monitoring mode or you have a monitoring screen open like device monitor. Close all windows and check if it is now available

All windows, except the ladder window, are closed and it is still not available. I attached a screen-capture of my project window. Any further help would be appreciated.

I am also in Offline Write Mode when this does not work.

I figured it out after I searched GXWorks2 Help. This is what it said: 

For Projects with labels, this item [Auto Tracking] can be selected only when "Build cross reference information after completion compile" is checked under [Tool] > [Options] >[Compile] > [Basic Setting] and check - Create cross reference information after completion compile. This solved my problem.
