Factorytalk Service Platform

Hello Everyone,

            I am getting error message (Factorytalk service platform is require to open this)while try to open a Factorytalk view studio .But while installation its intimate me that Factorytalk service platform is succesfully installed.

Help me to open and work in factorytalk.

Which version of FactoryTalk is installed?  What operating system is on the PC?  Is this a new installation or an installation that was working and now is not?  What is the specific error message?

Please post screenshots of your specific situation.

  I have installed FactoryTalk SE V5.0 On Computer ( Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit ).

  But FActoryTalk Service Platform is 2.73 version.How to run FTVS in this case.

I Understood sir.That time i was not supposed to add images.Sorry for that.

Its a version problem and i solved it by using this procedure 
106083 - FactoryTalk View SE/ME 5.10.00 Patch for error messages when launching View Studio or client after upgrading FTSP to CPR9 SR3
