Lamps aren't appearing on my HMI Screen using GT Designer 3 and GOT2000

I have two bit lamps my screen.  In GT Designer3.  But when I upload my file to the HMI, the lamps disappear. Everything else stays on the page.  What could be causing this and how do I make them appear on the HMI screen?

Usually caused by 1 of 3 things. Part of the lamp is off (or touching) the edge of the screen, the PLC and GOT are not communicating, or the software version and GOT OS version are not compatible.
