OPC Local Error

Dear all!

I try to connect Wincc7.4 and S7-200 Simulator.

But when I BrowseServer of S7200.Simulator.2, 1 Error happe.

Can you help me to solve this issue!

P/S: Install in Win7 32bit and Win8 64bit also happen.
