3 posts in this topic

hi everybody,

I want setup a simply network with two FX3G plc with  FX3U-ENET-P502  and a remote I/O Wago in Modbus TCP.

Can I exchange data between cpu on port 1250 protocol and receive data from Wago on port 502?

Which protocol may I use UDP or TCP for the CPU?

Tnx

Yes you can use as local port 1250, but remote port of each modbus tcp coupler must be 502.

Have you already bought the hardware ?

I would use the FX5 the new Firmware (1.60) should support TCP modbus slave.
It's the latest hardware and cheaper as you won't need the extra ethernet modules
