Thank , Kreykov

These parameter still doesn't work  ,

I used RS232 program to monitor what HMI sending out (every 2-3 seconds) , Result in pic, I hope it help.

Also I already connected 232-BD with other HMI brand , they can be connected . to make sure that 232BD still work

And I changed GT HMI to another one (In case COM port has malfunction) but still can't be connected .

Any Idea?

Best Regards,

Matcha

If only RD on the BD card is blinking, it means that the PLC does not respond to the request from the HMI. In other words it doesn't "understand" the request from the HMI. Since you can connect other HMI's, it's obvious that the BD card is working.

What driver are you using in the HMI (CPU protocol, MC protocol, other?)?

I can see in the manual picture that you are supposed to set 0 in D8120 and to uncheck "operate communication setting". This indicates that the HMI uses CPU protocol directly, and not MC protocol. To test this you must of course uncheck the "operate communication setting", MOV 0 D8120 and then power off/on the PLC to make sure that the default values are used.

NOTE: It's important that you are sure that D8120 is 0 since it basically reflects the operating settings also, so if there is any other value than 0 in this register, then there is a setting. Also power reset is important since the setting will only reflect during boot/firstscan.
