Getting a flashing arrow on the simatic panel and line won't run

I am getting a flashing arrow on the simatic panel and line won't run.  Cleared all faults and line still won't run, just has a flashing arrow pointing to the right on the panel.  Any help?  This is for a Siemens application.

Can you post a picture of the arrow and provide the model number of the panel?
