CJ1m CPU12 problem in ADO41-v1

I am facing an issue in analog input connected with ADO41-V1 on channel one. Machine was working fine and suddenly analog card stop working, Only one input is used and configured on 2011,

0-10V coming on card

The manual for that module is W345.

Check in the manual regarding the CIO and D memory settings associated with the module.

Also check the analog device to make sure it is working properly.
