I want To communicate PLC to SCADA software through Kepserver OPC.

In Kepware, did you configure your channel as Omron FINS Ethernet and the device as CJ2?

Thanks For Ur Reply Mr.Pfort,

I have configured device as CJ1 in kepware.

Actually i am able to Connect to kepware on local network(i.e. 10.11.87.xx) but not able to connect on different network (i.e. 10.11.90.xx) .

Is that managed switch a router?  If not, they are 2 separate networks.  A managed switch is not typically a router.

What is your subnet mask?  If it is 255.255.255.0 and that managed switch is not a router as Crossbow has suggested, then this will not work.

yes its right, Managed Switch is not router it is in VLAN. But on SCADA PC i can go online to PLC through CX Programmer(It means it is in Network), but can not connect to PLC through kepware OPC.

So, what is the subnet mask for the devices in the picture...

You could have this type of issue going on:

Not an EtherNet/IP error, but a FINS Node number issue as described in the link above (if subnet is other than 255.255.255.0).

255.255.255.0 is subnet mask.

Yes, so your basic issue comes down to the rules of ethernet.  You cannot have two devices on different networks (10.11.87.80, which is on network 10.11.87 and 10.11.90.40, which is on network 10.11.90) talk to each other without a router.  This just will not work due to the basic rules of ethernet networking.

In other words, this is not a PLC or Omron issue, but a network setup issue.

The above comment that you made earlier in the thread contradicts this comment:

The PLC and the PC in the drawing are NOT on the same network if your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.
