FX3GE 40MR Ethernet Communication with MX OPC SERVER

Can you please help me out that how to communicate the FX3GE 40MR Mitsubishi PLC with the OPC MX Server for Monitoring in the Labview 

Please Send me any Video

I tried already the way what the MX OPC Manual has written but i did not Succeeded 

Please let me know if you have any tutorial for this or helping material
