FactoryTalk View Alarm Setup Messages Deleting Itself

I have entered the messages many times into the Alarm Setup but every time i re-open the alarm setup, every message that has the Trigger Value=1 will be deleted. 

Anyone have a similar issue?

What version of FTView SE are you running?  This screenshot appears to be an older Rev.

Is this a 21 CFR Part 11 application, common in the pharmaceutical industry?  

Are these tag-based alarms (i.e., tag state triggers alarm message to be displayed)?  Page 186 has instructions for tag-based alarms.  http://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/rm/ftae-rm001_-en-e.pdf
