CJ1W-CTL41 AND CTBL FUNCTIONS

Hi Dear,  I need help about CJ1W-CTL41 card and CJ2M-CPU11. I want to use CJ1W-CTL41card with CTBL functions. Because I have to use 250 piecess interrupt for one High Speed Counter. but there is no many Interrupt number.  I couldn't use IOWR instruction to  write comparation value when HSCNT running. Because HSCNT was stopped when I run IOWR instruction. I want to use CTBL intruction but there is no Port specifier in that instruction. What can I do to solve this problem. Is there any guy has good idea for this problem. Thanks a lot for interesting.
