Posted 15 Feb 2017 Hi, Anybody have used the FX5U with a E1000 panel? I try to connect to a E1071 using the MC-Protocol driver in the E-Designer. Usually in the GXW2 or IEC for the Ethernet I can setup the "Destination IP Address" to "255.255.255.255" (Broadcast Together), Choose port for both ends and voilà thanks in advance Best regards Dariusch Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted 15 Feb 2017 The help files are built into E-Designer for each driver, and they show all settings for both sides. But I don't have E-Designer installed and haven't touched one in years, so can't say exactly how to get to them. And the FX5U didn't exist when that screen was made. Posted 16 Feb 2017 (edited) MC and SLMP are almost the same protocols. Have you set up an SLMP port on the FX5U? And as @Crossbow already mentioned the FX5U didn't exist sio it might not work.
