GT Designer 3 - Pop Up Screens & Button Issue

All,

We've got an issue where what I call a pop up/mini screen is called when we get a failure, but the action buttons aren't appearing and I can't for the life of me see where. It seems to be an addition from the E-designer to GT Designer 3 move.

So we should be getting this:

 

But we're getting this:

Do you have any settings on the buttons to enable or hide?  Maybe they are not enabled.  Never touched a GOT2000.

The text is different as well, are you sure it's calling the right screen?

Once you find the correct pop-up...

If there are buttons in the project that aren't showing up on the screen in runtime, open up the properties and look at the Trigger tab to see if the visibility option is selected.

So is M110 set  in the PLC??
