Fix search to allow B&R or give B&R a top level forum

I was just about to search for B&R posts and offer any help I could and despite a very recent post containing 'B&R' in the title, no results were returned. B&R is the number 5 or 6 controls company by controls revenue and has been for almost a decade, so it's a bit weird they're in the 'Other' category anyway, but they're fairly small outside of Europe, so I get it. When it's impossible to search for their company name, that's a whole other level of exclusion.

It's a high-tech platform and used for primarily complex and high-end machines, so people are going to need from the community.

The problem is the ampersand.  & is a reserved character, so search may not work.  And there hasn't been a lot of topics involving B&R so it just never warranted itw own forum.  Perhaps the site owners will consider adding a forum for it, or find a way to resolve the search function.
