GX configurator DN version 1.23 is unable to open in Windows7 professional

I am using GX developer software & GX configurator dn version 1.23 for windows 7 professional operating system.while using this i cant able to open configurator  dn parameter window.

It work fine on my Windows 7 enterprise 64 bit. 

I use GX Dev 8.118Y  and GX config DN 1.23Z

Try running GX Developer as Admin
