high speed counter ct021 negative reading

when i replace ct021counter module .with cj1w-cpu13 its show negative reading in LCD use simple counter mode 

some any way to set counter range .how is it 

im beginner

Your question either is not clear.

Do you mean your count decrease instead of increase?

If yes, then just swap phase A and phase B connection of the encoder...

I'm solve it with your help thanks Mrs plc 

It's about initial setting for counter. 

My cxp backup file isnot uploaded with memory.

Found memory it's solved
