NX CJ2M Error

I posted recently about a error code d6 I was getting when I tried to introduce Standard IOs to a NX IEC 202 coupler. I can now install the Standard IOs but as soon as I assign them to a ID5442 card the error code returns. Do I have to configure the Standard IO cards in the CJ2M? I know that the standard IOs initially are placed in the safety programme but what happens to them when they are assigned in Standard IO in the safety programme.
