Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had to do this before.

 

I have some ABB ACS800 drives that the customer wants a direction signal from i.e. one of the relay outputs to turn on when the motor is going forward, and off when in reverse. The firmware manual I have for these drives isn't very helpful.

Set the value "15" in parameter 14.01 and the inverter will activate relay 1 when reversing.

Parameter 14.02 will do it for relay 2, and 14.03 relay 3.
