Studio 5000 Revision Upgrade

I need to upgrade the software I'm currently using to match firmware 27.11 of a CompactLogix Controller. When I enter my serial into the Rockwell software downloads webpage, the newest revision I'm able to download is revision 24. I have the Standard software package. I see the newest revision recently released is 29. I included an image of the message I get when I try and upload from the controller.

Good afternoon Cody,

I have the same issue here as version 24 was the version of Studio 5000 shipping when I ordered it, and since I don't have a support contract I'm not entitled to newer revs.

However, if you do have a support contract then you should be able to download all the newest revs.

If you're not sure, just call your local distributor and they can look up your support contract status.

Hi, 
can i please have some help
i've installed Logix designer Version 28 and my controller's firmware is version 26:13
so I can't connect to controller 
i have error message 
-update the controller's firmware

-install logic designer support for this firmware

and since I don't have a support contract too, i was wondering if there was a way to fix this problem

If you don't have a support contract, contact your local distributor.  They're sometimes able/willing to help get the right version of the software.
