There is no way to do it automatically.  You will have to do it manually.

It should not take too long.

... i have some difficulties...

OLD Parameter

R7D-AP setting

PN202-  Gear Ratio(Numerator) - Value = 4

PN203- Gear Ratio(Denamenator) - Value = 1

R7D-BP

PN46 - Gear Ratio Numerator 1

PN47 - Gear Ratio Numerator 2

PN4A - Gear Ratio Numerator Exponent

PN4B - Gear Ratio Denamenator

how can i supposed to apply the this parameter?

If SW6 on the old drive is ON, then the gear ratio parameters are used, if it is OFF, then Switches 4 and 5 determine the command resolution (see the manual).

If SW6 is ON:

Old servo:  To make the servo motor turn 1 time, you need to input pulses to make the encoder move 8000 pulses (encoder resolution x 4 - quadrature format).  The gear ratio in Pn202 and Pn203 will be multiplied by the input pulses to determine how far to move the motor.  So, with a ratio of 4:1, if you input 2000 pulses to the drive, the motor will move 1 revolution.

2000 * 4/1 = 8000 = 1 rev.

New servo:

Unfortunately, the new servo is a 2500 pulse per rev encoder, so it will take 10000 pulses to move one revolution.  Therefore, you need a 5:1 gear ratio.

Therefore you would need to set Pn46 to 5 and Pn4b to 1.

2000 * 5/1 = 10000 = 1 rev.
