Posted 18 May 2016 (edited) Hi. I am doing a school project where I have a floor that is uneven. I will try to get a platform leveled by using 4 linear actuators and control them by using an inclinometer like the one on the link http://www.te.com/usa-en/product-CAT-TSI0012.html#mdp-tabs-content I only have one problem. I have never been programming analogue signals before . Is there anyone who can help me to start on this one. I know that when I use voltage or currency as signal i need to convert them. And the range from 0 to 27648. Thanks to everyone who could help me on this Using an S300 CPU and TIA portal Edited 18 May 2016 by shakke7
Posted 19 May 2016 Here is an example of unscaling the output of an oven for a 4-20mA. It's the same thing to scale the inputs but using scale instead of unscale. But I think you can skip all that and just use 2 compact PIDs as shown in this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haww2NyllRc I'm guessing you are using 2 actuators for X and 2 for Y and the X2=100-X1 or something?
