What is "Negative limit input" of servo

Hi,

Can anyone help me with MC-Home Instruction. I want to use No Home Proximity Input/Holding Home Input Operation with a sensor to detect home postion.

But I don't know how I connect this sensor with home input signal. And do I must use  negative/positive limit input signal too. Thank you
