Analog programming - speed control with potentiometer

6 posts in this topic

Hi, I'm working on some project for college and i'm stuck on analog programming. Project is next: over the panel with push-buttons and a potentiometer, to a s7-300 PLC, then to the frequency converter abb acs880 which is connected to the asynchronous motor. I know how to wire everything exepct maybe potentiometer. I will show you some pictures if someone want to help me. First, this is analog input AI8x12Bit (6ES7 331-7KF01-0AB0) I address (288...303) and analog output AO4x12Bit (6ES7 332-5HD01-0AB0) O address (304...311). I used scale and unscale blocks for analog programming and i always got sf lamp. Sry on my bad english.

1) You will look to diagnostic buffer for cause or causes of SF and send us more info from diagnostic buffer

2) I´m not sure but 24V in your connection diagram isn´t good, I must set which value you want read - voltage or current and which value. Here is more variants and more connections

The CPU is missing FC105, download it and the CPU should startup.

The simulator is working since FC105 is in your off-line project.
