Posted 16 May 2016 Hi every one i have a problem .2 month a go i have forgotten my password for entering to windows xp (SP3) .i changed my password by using user controilpassword2 now when system want to start omron runtime ,this message will appear " please enter the CD contain CX-one.msi file " my cx-one is Version 2.01 .and unfortunately i haven't it any one can help me ? do you have cx-one version 2.01 ? thank you in advance vazgen Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted 18 May 2016 You need the install CD to fix your problems. CX-One current versions include an update utility which can go to the Internet and get updates as they are released. Omron doesn't charge maintenance contracts on software like most other vendors. I doubt that functionality was in version 2. As I mentioned before, current is 4.40.
