FactoryTalk View ME, can not find the IP address of PanelView Plus 1500?

Hi, folks, how is going?

 

There are two PanelView Plus 1500 over our production line and they work well.

 

Today I edited the configuration on FactoryTalk View ME  for one PV plus, then tried to download it.

 

But I cannot find the IP address (10.10.4.122) of that device via Transfer Utility (pic1).

 

I am confused right now, because :

1, we can see the IP address (10.10.4.123) of another PV plus on Transfer Utility (pic1).

2, we also can find the IP address (10.10.4.122) from Networks and Devices,  FactoryTalk View ME (pic2).

 

Could someone help me figure it out?

Pic 2 is your RSLinx classic driver list and pic 1 is rslinx enterprise.

In FTView ME Studio, go to that Communications tab and then right click on Ethernet and select "Add Device". Add your PV and then go back to your transfer tool. It should show up now.

You can also add devices in your FactoryTalk Admin Console for rslinx enterprise as well.
