Logix5000 Task Monitor Cant connect to Processor

Good Day All

I am having an issue where I want to use the RSLogix5000 Task Monitoring Tool, but I am unable to connect to the Processor. The select button remains grayed out.

I have tried resetting the Ethernet/IP Scanner, Power Cycling the entire rack and also downloading the PLC app to the Processor again. nothing worked. I have attache an image of the device selection tree.

Has anyone experienced this before? or does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

The processor is the 1756-L73S LOGIX5573 with the 1756-ENT2, 1756-EN2T/D EtherNet/IP scanner.

Your using safety PLC, can you open the code? if not  maybe its Lock and need you to unlock before you use the Logix task monitor.
