mitsubishi QPLC showing backup error after downloading

hi,

am using mitsubishi PLC Q25PRHCPU. After downloading the program ,  the PLC is showing a backup error.

the error light is blinking . What shall i do to make it run?..

Q25PRH is a redundant CPU.  They are pretty complex.  And you need to make sure the program gets loaded to both CPUs.  Recommend calling Mitsubishi and getting someone local to come assist.

Can anyone help me briefing  the procedure for downloading program into the Q25PRH cpu

I haven't used the redudant CPU's, but did you connect both of them in their redundancy bus before downloading the program?

no havnt but i established the downloading after doing some configuration inside.. 

now ok already.. thank you
