problems with the USB driver for the PanelView 800 HMI

Hi All.

Just got an AB Micro 850 + the PanelView 800 HMi 4", for testing. The problem I encounter is my Windows can't find the USB driver for the HMI. I have no problems with the Micro 850.

I have tried it on a few different computers, all with windows 7.

What to do ?

which USB port are you using on the HMI the USB (A) port is to power auxillary devices and for USB drives the Micro port is for set up and programing from another device.  I usualy find it easier to set up over ethernet rather than USB unless I am making an upgrade to the firmware

My Question is why you need USB driver in windows for Panelview HMI? HMI PV800 USB is only for dataloging, File transfer, FW update. As per my knowledge you do not need anything to work with PV800 USB.
