ABB PLC interfacing problem S/w to PLC

Hii guys, This again Parag Here. Today i am facing problem with ABB PLC. I have 07CR41 series. today when i have started my work on PLC programing software AC31GRAf, there was an error related to COMport, i have checked pin configuration of cable which is made by me(RS 232). i have also checked cable continuity. but i didn't find any major problem. if you have solution than share it with me as soon as possible. and main thing that i am working on that same system, software, and PLC from one year, but i didn't have face any time this kind of problem. waiting.........
