FactoryTalk View SE: Open PDF

Hi all, At a site where I've recently put in a FactoryTalk View SE system, I seem to have been a little generous in estimating the ability of the operators to actually remember anything they're told less than 17 times. End result, the client wants a help button on every screen, to pop up a list of instructions on what to do next (my suggestion that "maybe if they can't get the hang of pressing "Auto" and "Run" and reading the alarm messages, what they should really do next is to go the f*** home before they forget how to walk and breathe at the same time" was poorly received). I figure the best way to achieve this is to have the help button release a boxing glove on a spring to punch them in the crotch so they start to think really hard before they ask for help open a PDF file. I know I can load applications with a button command, but I can't specify individual files. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Any help is immensely appreciated Edited 20 Aug 2014 by ASForrest
