"AND "NOT" compumation

I am trying to duplicate logic I did in ALLEN BRADLEY where I used a CPT function. In the AB CPT function I wrote an AND NOT expression that compared an old alarm word b10(0) to a new alarm scratch pad area b201(0). So what I have is b10(0) AND NOT b203(0). The destination was b202(0). How do I perform this in modicon Concept? :D
