Siemens 500 Won't Run

During a power outage, the only Siemens Plc we have here at our manufacturing plant, stopped running. We only have A/B software and no way to go online with the Siemens 500. Is it possible to put the processor in "run" without any external devices? Thanks, Dave Elliott Miaint. Supv. Keller's Creamery
