Hello, We currently run CX One Version 4 on our CJ1M our PCs and Laptops use Windows XP Proffessional but we are soon to change to Windows 7. Am not sure if we will have to upgrade our CX to comply with this change of Operating System. I also run Supervisor Version 3. Does Windows 7 support this. My factory does not have Internet access to upgrade on Line does anyone know if A We will have to upgrade and B The best way to upgrade off line. Regards Peter

Current versions all support Windows 7. Version 4 is not a complete version number, so cannot say for sure about your version. Current CX-One is 4.27 and is supported. Check the manuals for each software title, they will indicate compatible software and OS versions.

In Europe you can register your software here: http://softwaredownload.europe.omron.com/europe/www/OmronIndustrial.nsf?login&redirectto=/europe/www/OmronIndustrial.nsf/WebApp/softwaredownloadarea and download new versions of your software in CD or DVD image format. (Within the main version number). Geir
