how to multiply a value in hex E32C by 2?

What PLC model. if CP1/CJ1/CS1 then simply use *(420) #E32C &2 D0 # indicates hex number & is integer D0 is memory location to store result

I'm using 13 CJ1M CPU, get the D402 E32C and need to multiply by 2, and give me a error instruction
