NS10 HMI on EtherNet

I have 2- NS10TV01BV2 on a system controlled by a CJ2H-CPU65-EIP. System has been running for 4 months and now has developed a condition that the HMI's "Lock Up", not at the same time. I need to do a "Hard Reset" using the reset button on the back. We notice this mostly after an e-stop. Protocol is set to "FINS' w/ network of 1 and node address to correspond to Ethernet address. .

I haven't seen this problem before. We use 2 -NS10TV01BV2 with a CJ2H-CPU66-EIP. We use Ethernet IP as the protocol. This setup has been running for over 12 months at our plant.
