My local AB rep. stated that V21, which is due out later this year, along with 71 series processors will save comments and descriptions in the processor. I am pleasantly surprised.

Because they have that very large SD card nonvolatile memory, it makes sense that you can store a database of rung comments and tag descriptions in there. I hope they make it easy to compare or select whether you want to use the offline or the online versions.... I can imagine users blithely choosing to upload the stored-in-the-controller text and overwriting text stored in the offline RSLogix 5000 file.
