EtherNet/IP for S7

Hi there, Does anyone know how to get EtherNet/IP function blocks for S7-300 CPUs to be able to comunicate with other equipments?

What do you need to do ? Control I/O devices on Ethernet/IP ? Or exchange data with Ethernet/IP enabled CPUs ?
