Hello All, I hope this finds the correct forum. Does anyone know of any good books that cover the UK regulations, ie. wiring colour codes ect ect for machine/control panel builing? Any info will do even if just basics. Thank you. Edited 30 Mar 2012 by The_Merovingian

I believe you need to get hold of the EC electrical code (EN60204-1) and low voltage directive (EN?). Unfortunately, these are copywritten publications that must be purchased. There use to be a BS (British Standard) that had very unique color codes but I believe that standard was dropped when the EC came along.
