Hello, Did you get the sample program off of this page? http://www.amci.com/sampleprograms.asp Issuing commands to the AMCI 3601 is pretty straight forward. Each command consists of an eight word block of data. When you want a certain operation to occur, you use a COP instruction to copy the data from eight consecutive integer registers to the 3601 module's eight output image table registers. The first copy operation that needs to occur is configuring the 3601. The 3601 needs to be configured at every power up, and will set the configuration error bit, I:X.0/13, to indicate that it needs to be configured. After being configured, the module is switched from configuration to command mode and waits for commands from the PLC. The sample programs on AMCI's website show both configuration and command operations. I created these sample programs. Please contact AMCI tech support and we will be happy to answer any questions that you have. http://www.amci.com/contact.asp We would also like to hear any suggestions that you may have on improving the sample programs.
