Proface GP3400 USB port

Hi All Currently I have a application where we are using a Pro-Face GP3400 HMI/PLC which has been installed now for a couple of years and all is fine, the unit is currently has a printer connected to its USB port, the client now wishes to save the printed data as a file rather than print it, does anyone if it is possible and how to save this data on a USB memory stick?
