MX2 DRIVE USB DRIVER ISSUE

2 posts in this topic

Hello, Such a small job can turn in to a major job in one day... I have the following WIndows XP CX Drive V2.4 configured for European mode (All drives) 2x MX2 drives 1x USB cable I cant communicate to either drive via any of my USB ports.. Once powering up the drives I installed a USB driver .. (Renesas USB1653) ??? ... Apparently according to the readme notes under C:\Program Files\OMRON\CX-One\CX-Drive\DRIVERS\3G3MX2 you are suppose to have a USB driver called "HUSBD USB Device" I have tried many methods of trying to delete the Renesas driver but have had no luck... Uninstalling via Device Manager, Deleting the .sys driver file etc.... Any ideas on how to delete the USB driver for good? Thanks again

Solved! Do not use any third party USB cables is the moral of the story , Restore Factory defaults to Drive and install the USB driver. You should now have under your Device Manager. HUSBD USB Device ---> Omron Inverter USB Driver Done Edited by Donovanr
