Help me ! CQM1H-SCB41 to inverter 3G3MV RS422

hi all, i am testing communication between CQM1H-SCB41 to inverter 3G3MV (RS422). but have a error CAL from inverter when i set parameter n003 = 2 and n004=6. i setting port B of PLC (please see attach file) and inverter : N002= 0 N003= 2 N004= 6 N151 =0 N152 =1 N153= 1 N154 =3 N155 =2 i don't know use instruction to program (TXD and RXD or PMCR) and my configuration is correct and use PMCR instruction ? please show me or send me code program use cx-programmer to write frequency from PLC CQM1H to inverter 3G3MV and read frequency from inverter to PLC thanks everyone so much. i am hearing from everyone soon. best regards, p/s : my email : nguyenhoanglam106@gmail.com and sorry my English is bad
