Vijeo Designer 5.1

Hi folks! I have a problem with Vijeo Designer and hope someone can help me!! I'm trying to install a Vijeo Designer 5.1 and it asks me to uninstall an older version I used to have (4.6). But although I don´t have any files of that 4.6 version, it appears to me in the softwares list to be quit. Ok, when I try to quit this 4.6 from the list of softwares, a message comes out saying that the USB cable XBTZG935 is connected and has to be disconnected before going on. But there's no USB cable connected!! Without that I can finish this weird uninstalling and neither install 5.1 version. Does someone have a clue about what's going on?? Thanx a lot!!

You may want to try and run a registry cleaner. I suspect that there's something still left behind in there that it's seeing, possible the usb driver as well. There's plenty of free cleaners out there, I've been using Glary Registry Repair recently and it seems to work well enough. Mike
