Posted 7 Jan 2010 I downloaded the latest updates before driving for 4 hours to a job. Could not connect with NS10 or CP1L via USB. 'Port does not exist' was reported by CX-P. Found I had to go into Device Manager when connected to the PLC/screen and 'update driver' for the PLC device and the NS device listed in the USB section of Device Manager. Vista was reporting it could not load the driver - possibly a later version from the update. Hope this helps someone somewhere - I lost 3 hours trying to find out what was going on.
